I have used Central Texas Window Cleaning for a number of years and in the past, I have been happy with the work they did. In fact, I wrote a 5 star review for them. Unfortunately, I no longer feel that that review is warranted. This year, after washing my windows and screens, they failed to replace the screens in two large windows in front of my house. I did not notice for a couple of weeks, but eventually I found the screens in my side yard. They were slightly bent from having been blown around in one of the recent storms, and so I was not able to replace them myself. The day after I found them, my yard man mowed the lawn and after he left, I saw that one of the panes was shattered, probably from a small piece of crushed granite thrown by the weed whacker. I called the company, expecting that they would take responsibility for not replacing the screens, which would have prevented the pebble from breaking the glass. The owner came by and insisted that the screens would not have protected the glass and that my yard man should pay for the window replacement. This was in spite of the fact that if you pushed on the screen, you could not come even close to hitting the window pane. I felt that the refusal to even consider that his company was responsible to be very unprofessional and that his interest in keeping a long-standing customer satisfied was not high on his list of priorities. I will not be using this company again in the future.

They were on time, quick, and cleaned everything thoroughly! We needed a light fixture cleaned and they did that as well. Reasonable price- would use again!

I ❤️ Central Texas Window cleaning. I have used them for years to clean my windows inside and out and to sweep my roof after all the pecan tassels finish dropping. They do a great job.
